Quiz Night
Once a month we host a pub quiz at the Cove…
Next is Tuesday 8th September. Starts 7pm.
Every Wednesday evening. 6-9pm.
Free bottle of wine with two Steak Frites.
Steak Frites bavette steak, peppercorn sauce, triple cooked fries & salad
Why is our Steak Frites so delicious?! Our beef comes from Sussex Farms, our chips are made from scratch, and our peppercorn sauce is made with fresh peppercorns, brandy and real cream!

Oktoberfest
This year we are celebrating Oktoberfest, Cove style!
On Friday 18th September we are celebrating the beginning of the traditional Oktoberfest with a party. Think German beer, Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Pretzels… plus a live band and games including Hammerschlagen!
You can book a table to guarantee a seat, or just show up. The fun will start from 5pm. Please note we will not be offering our usual dinner service.

Throughout the rest of September we will have plenty of Oktober-inspired beers and snacks.
Then on Sunday 4th October we will be marking the end of Oktoberfest with a Harvest Celebration! With a Hog Roast, Cider Bar, and Country Music. Come along from 5pm for the hoedown!

Book Club
We meet once a month, on a Wednesday, 6.15pm.
You don’t get in trouble if you haven’t read the book, and you don’t need to be a fast reader.
It’s a welcoming group and a nice chance to chat books or read something you wouldn’t usually pick up.
