Menu
Our menu changes with the seasons and makes the most of abundant Sussex produce. Meat comes from Bodiam, vegetables from Stonelynk and other local farms, and fish is locally sourced where possible. Everything is freshly prepared daily – we make the stock for our stews, chips are hand cut, and fish is filleted in the kitchen.
Please see our sample menus below, but note that menus are subject to weekly changes. We can cater to gluten free and vegan diners. All dishes are made freshly in our kitchen and we can often adapt dishes. Children’s menu also available.

Sunday Menu
We serve roasts alongside other menu options on Sundays. All our meat is locally sourced.
Wine & Beer
We like to keep our wine list fresh and regularly add new options by the glass or bottle.
We are proud of our selection of draught beers, cask ales and cider. Alongside our core beers, we rotate local beers from smallers, independent breweries, of which we are spoilt for choice!
